From the loins of the once-revered German beer house just east of Broad Street, we have created a space that can accommodate. We offer a wide variety of food, drink and entertainment for everyone - from food, scotch and beer lovers to the wine connoisseur and nightlife partygoers, TIME is poised to satisfy every craving. Housed in the former Tudor style alehouse Ludwig's, TIME, dubbed restaurant, whiskey bar & taproom, features 20 draft beers and more than 100 whisk(e)ys. The Beers range from German, Belgian and Dutch to a phenomenal American craft selection. The whisk(e)ys range from small batch bourbons to single malt scotches and other whiskeys that span several continents. Our whiskey offerings cater to palates both novice and trained. In keeping with our love of wine, TIME also features an extensive bottle list as well as a tidy "wines by the glass" selection.Upon entering TIME, one is warmed by the amber glow emitting from the whiskey lounge. Guests are enveloped in the elegant, yet lively atmosphere, where one can watch the game, eat from our main or bar menu, and choose from our extensive scotch selection or simply opt for a beer or one of our classic cocktails. The design incorporates classic earth tones, wood and a very comfortable bar"¦or sit at one of the low booths and conspire.The 60-seat dining room is done in a posh, nouveau style, with a 1930s bronze, curvilinear chandelier as the room's showpiece, accented by Venetian blown glass and teardrop crystals. The innovative menu features cuisine that explores favorite foods inspired from different countries and regions of the globe. Vibrant regionalism is explored with the vision of the modern American diner, using five prime cuts of beef and game, fowl and seafood. Hearty flavors of grassroots America are intertwined with a light continental touch using the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.
